The Educational Project is concerned with
educational activity based on a series of board games
developed by Origem in collaboration with a group of
educational researchers. Through play activities these games
help children and young people to develop creativity, a spirit of partnership and strategic vision, goal definition and practice in competition within limits.

The idea is to train teachers and educators in the public and private school systems to use these materials in extracurricular activities as well as in the classroom, fostering interaction with others, a rediscovery of playfulness and the pleasures of amusement, coexistence mediated by rules, challenges posed by new skills, logical thinking and intelligence, in addition to contact with cultural traditions of a very wide variety of peoples – sharing this wealth of humanity.
As one way of adhering to precepts of social responsibility, Origem donates part of the proceeds from sales of this kit so that the Gerson Sabino Institute can carry forward its work of fostering a wide range of activities that draw upon playfulness for the sake of human development.
